Yoga practice generates peacefulness and calm, strength and balance, and vital energy. We encourage our bodies to release tension through mindful awareness of movement and breath. Yoga enlightens us as we greet each morning, refocus mid-day, and unwind as the day comes to a close. I believe that everyone with an interest in yoga can discover the emotional, psychological, and physical benefits it offers.
I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance®. I initiated my yoga training with YogaFit® International in 2003. I lead yoga sessions at the Malta Community Center in Saratoga County, New York and offer customized yoga sessions across the Capital Region. I look forward to sharing yoga with you.
