Yoga practice encourages us to overcome challenge, release tension, be mindful and find balance. Our personal experience changes each day as we listen to our bodies for guidance. Yoga enlightens our minds and bodies as we greet each morning, refocus mid-day, and unwind as the day comes to a close. I believe that everyone with an interest in yoga can discover the emotional, psychological, and physical benefits it offers.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance® (RYT-200), Partner with YogaFit® Training Systems, International, and Psychology Lecturer in Troy, NY. I lead yoga sessions at the Malta Community Center in Saratoga County, New York and offer customized yoga sessions across the Capital Region.
