Yoga provides what we need each time we practice — be it overcoming physical or mental challenges, finding gentle release, becoming more mindful or restoring emotional balance. We often practice yoga together but our personal experience changes as we listen to our bodies for guidance. Yoga is a wonderful way to wake up, refocus mid-day, or unwind as the day comes to a close.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance® (RYT-200), Partner with YogaFit® Training Systems, International, and Psychology Lecturer in Troy, NY. I lead yoga sessions at the Malta Community Center in Saratoga County, New York and offer customized yoga sessions across the Capital Region.
